Booking & cancellation policy

The following represents an agreement between Sole & Duck (the "Restaurant") and you, and outlines specific conditions relating to your reservation (the "Agreement").

If the Restaurant is unable to perform its obligations under this Agreement for any reason beyond the Restaurant’s reasonable control, including but not limited to: fire; flood or other emergency conditions; or the carrying out of necessary and essential repairs to the Restaurant (or any delay to the completion of such repairs), the Restaurant shall have no liability to you of any kind in respect of such non-performance.

This policy is subject to change at any time without prior notice. 

CHRISTMAS DAY 

25th December 2025

​The Christmas Day menu will be served on Christmas Day. £128 per person and for children aged 10 and under £70 per person. All guests, adults and children, will be offered the same menu. The menu is subject to change.

​

We make minimal changes to our dishes to preserve their intended flavours. We can accommodate some common food allergies with prior notice, but we are afraid we are unable to make adjustments based on personal preferences. If you have any queries, please email us at hello@soleandduck.co.uk.

We kindly ask for pre-orders to help us plan and organise your meal, ensuring a smooth service on the day and minimising food waste. As the menu may change depending on ingredient availability, we will contact you closer to the day to share the latest menu for pre-order. ​

Your table will be exclusively reserved for you until 6:00 pm. Sit back, relax and enjoy Christmas Day with us!

 

For us to make the necessary arrangements, we need to know whether you are coming with children and babies and whether they need a highchair, a booster seat and space for a pushchair. We will not be able to accommodate without prior notice. Please make sure young children, toddlers, and babies are included in the reservation. For example, 2 adults, 1 toddler and 1 baby make a total of 4 guests.

For all online reservations, a payment card is required at the time of reservation. You will not be charged at the time of reservation. After you make your reservation online, we will email you a secure link for the deposit payment.

​

A non-refundable deposit of £50 per person is required to secure your reservation. ​

​

The deposit is transferable to a future date for cancellations made on or before 20th December 2025 with a cancellation fee. 

​

A cancellation fee of £25 per person will apply for cancellations made on or before 15th December 2025.

​

A cancellation fee of £35 per person will apply for cancellations made on or before 20th December 2025. 

​

The deposit will be forfeited for cancellations made on or after 21st December 2025.​
